General Community Gatherings:
General Community Gatherings are the usual form of assembly of the Mother of God Community that enables our members to celebrate our life together. These gatherings are Christ centered with expressions of worship customarily found in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. Led by a "spirit-filled" music ministry, these gatherings are characterized by expressive joyful praise, openness to the spiritual gifts including prophecy and healing, and an expectancy that God will speak and work in power within the assembly. The General Community Gatherings provide an opportunity to "keep holy the Lord's Day," to serve one another, receive community teachings, hear inspired talks and testimonies, intercede for the needs of the community members, and assist in the evangelization and incorporation of children into Community life.
